Worship Attendants Needed!

How do you instill faith that lasts a lifetime? Encourage your children to be involved in weekly worship. They can do that by serving as a Bible bearer, acolyte, or torch bearer. All kindergarten through fifth grade students can attend this training: Sunday, Jan. 27 at 4:30 p.m.

Exit 456

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6.

“Messy” is the theme this year at Exit 456, a retreat held every year by the North Alabama UM Conference at Camp Sumatanga. Tweens will learn that God can clean up messy situations and loves us no matter how messy our lives are or become. This retreat is open to fourth and fifth graders and registration closes Feb. 3.
